RE: Can Dynamics 365 App for Outlook track shared mailboxes?

Do you know if MS is working on a solution for that? I can't find any roadmap information about that, except a lot of users having the same need for being able to "Set regarding" Outlook items towards CRM records from a shared mailbox.
In my specific case, the used share mailbox will receive various email including some that are not relevant for any CRM records. The current Queue functionality forces me to bring all these emails into Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 is definitely not an email application... We are talking of one shared mailbox per POS, so around 100 of them to setup and a lot of non-relevant emails to handle in Dynamics.
Best would be to have the Outlook App enabled and let the user work from Outlook and decide when emails/appointments need tracking or not.
It seems there are a lot of votes on the idea poll for this, but no visibility about if and when this would be developed. Pity when we know that Salesforce have a solution for that, when they are not the owner of Outlook nor Exchange.
