Hi guys can any one answer to me about this question if i create new item with same name of old item and i want to add consumped entries to new item it how i added manual from item journal

There are a few things here, if you just want then ledger entries to show that the item was used then sure this is fine, however there will be no relationship between the consumed item and the manufactured item, so you loose the ability to report on it,
So, if this is a once off to fix items, i would say a negative adjustment is the way to do it, but this would not be a good solution that you will keep using into the future

In order to create a consumption Item journal entry you will need to post it from the consumption journal in the manufacturing area, and for this you will need an open production order to use and post against
So the bottom line here is that there is unfortunately no way to post the same consumption entries to a new item
