Cannot use msdyn_SearchResourceAvailabilityForRequirementGroup or msdyn_SearchResourceAvailability

We are following the documentation for the customer services module on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/develop/universal-resource-scheduling about Universal Resource Scheduling API and we are getting that the /api/data/v9.2/msdyn_SearchResourceAvailabilityForRequirementGroup doesn't exist. same for msdyn_SearchResourceAvailability
 
The actions seem to exist and the solution is installed, we have the Sales and Customer Services modules installed as well.
 
PowerAutomate is displaying the action in the Unbound actions connector
 
but every time we try to call it (REST or PowerAutomate) we get /URL was not parsed due to an ODataUnrecognizedPathException. Resource not found for the segment provided in the URL/
 
Maybe we didn't turn something on? Is there any further configuration needed?
