Load stuck at load status shipped. Cannot move the status to load.

Hi all,

I am throwing a penny in the fountain here. Not a lot of info.

I have a few loads that remain stuck with the load status of Shipped and should be received..

Anyone has a clue at 52000 feet.

By the way I have more on this one. From my users. A specific item on a PO was delivered in two different loads. When all the loads are received at the same time, the quantities falls into registered. When we post the receipt for one load, it seems that AX is looking for all quantities registered and uses quantities for both loads. So when they try to post the receipt for the second load, there is no more quantity to post. Does it make sense to you ??
