Getting ClrObject Static method error while generating service in AIF 2009

HI ,

When I am trying to generate AIF services in AX 2009, I am getting error message as "ClrObject static method invocation Error, Error in generation".

I followed the below points to troubleshoot it.

Checked event log to identify the issue. but there was no log recorded during encounter of this error.
For a new webservice or new method in the webservice , I have restarted the AOS.
In the AIF parameters, we are using an IIS website for AIF, so ensured that the AIF Server is correct.
Verified whether the folders weren't created for the AifWebServices or not. but it was created .
Also tried with server Admin rights.
Checked whether there is a full access rights to the specified path or not.(It has full access)

but no luck.

In the AifWebServices folder all the services(.SVC, .XDS, web.config file) were getting generated.

when I checked the table "AifServices", the info message was

"The file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\50\AifWebServices\\\Backup\web.config.2021-05-19 5-30-1 AM' already exists.”

so I deleted "web.config.2021-05-19 5-30-1 AM" folder and regenerated but got the same error.

I am not sure what else to do to troubleshoot it.

Any help would be appreciated.
