Hi all,
Our PROD environment have an existing print server and DRA installed and used by other companies.
Recently, a new company was created, but upon checking the 'Manage Network Printers', no printers are listed.
We have restarted the print server where the DRA is installed but still, the newly created company cannot see the list of available printers.
I'm new to D365FO.
What seems to be the problem?
