Please find below a sample that can be downloaded and begin a simple example from there , then you can use same code.

Here you can download the whole project: https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerApps-Samples/
After download just navigate to "\PowerApps-Samples-master\PowerApps-Samples-master\cds\orgsvc\C#\CRUDEmailAttachements".
Open it in visual studio , make sure that all references is available , if not you can download it using NuGet package then the solution will be ready for test !
