You cannot close Microsoft Word because a dialog box is open

Hello!

We have a customer getting this dialog box when printing Invoices with word templates. "You cannot close Microsoft Word because a dialog box is open. Click OK, switch to word , and then close the dialog box." Once we click OK to this message a few times the word templates will print. Has anyone seen this before?

    Were you ever able to get to the root of this issue ? I'm just curious about the outcome as I stumbled across the same error while trying to print a Packing slip with Word Templates..
