As System Administrator I can acces Customer Service Workspace but our users who have a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Professional license cannot.We use AAD security groups which then go to Dynamics Teams for Dynamics access.I added the 'App Profile User' security role to the TeamThey already have the 'Customer service app access' security role and also 'Customer Service Representative'
Am I missing something, do thy need another security role?

Please try testing with the "Customer Service Representative" or "CSR" security role. Once you add this to the team, they should be able to see the app.

Not working but I fell it's becuase we're using AAD security groups which use Power Platform Teams which have the security roles. I'm doing some testing and will let you know the outcome. We don't assign users individual security roles via Power Platform

Hi,
To check which roles are related to an app, as admin, you should go to app menu and click in the 3 dots of the Customer Service Workspace box.
You will find to admin roles and you can manage and check roles permitted to use the app. If the rol assigned to your team is not selected, you can add.
