Merging contacts from multiple accounts into one

Hi,

I hope someone can help with what i hope is a simple question...

We have generated leads from a marketing campaign that have been auto created in Dynamics.

Some of these leads mean we now have multiple contacts from the same customer.

Is there a way to merge these multiple accounts into one, keeping all of the individual contact details?

For example:

We have 7 different contacts, all from Acme Ltd. How do we get to one single account for Acme Ltd with all of the contacts and corresponding leads correctly associated?

Many thanks for any help!

    Hi Rob,

You can use the OOTB Merge function.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../merge-duplicate-records-accounts-contacts-leads

You could refer to this video for the details:  www.youtube.com/watch

    Thanks,
