Hi,
There is no function to delete them. It would be interesting to check the origin of the transactions, because I doubt that they appear if you they have really posted them, unless you have customized something.
Let me explain where this data is coming from, because we have the same discussion.
Whenever you create data in the system with a reference to a project, the (pending) transactions will appear here.
These transactions can be:
-created vendor invoices
-periodic journals
-expenses (keep in mind, if you delete an expense report, the expense still exists and will appear here)
-(project) hours that are posted in another legal entity (Company A) where the project is created in the legal entity (company B) will also appear in the pending project transactions. When the intercompany customer invoice (inCompany A) is posted, the transactions are still pending. I think the transaction will dissapear when the pending vendor invoice (in company B) exists. As soon as it is posted, the transactions will appear in the posted project transactions.
The pending project transactions doesnt really do anything except giving you information, if the information is relevant or not, is to be decided.
If you know that the processes of processing vendor invoices, expenses and\or purchase orders are robust, you may filter out the legal entity in the following table, so that you have only intercompany transactions. Generally, you can filter out by date, transaction type and transaction origin, which makes most sense to me.
Kind regards, Adis
