Dear Community,
We are encountering the issue that users no longer have the option of choosing a Marketing Email Template when creating a Marketing Email.
they are taken directly into a new blank Email.
(This behavior started happening after the last update.)
Only those with the System Administrator role can still choose a Template.
We have already opened a ticket with Microsoft.
I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue? Were you able to solve it on your own?
