Is there a way that we can remove the alphabetical sorting from the subgrid? Also, removing the pagination when it is not required.

I've tried to change the JumpBarAlphabetOverride setting to (:) from OrgDbOrgSettings tool and the alphabet is gone but to be honest I don't know what problems this can bring so I would avoid it:
EDIT: I've tested this on UCI and it won't work. My final answer is that is by design and there is no way to change it.
You can sort the records based on any field on that view, you just need to configure sorting on that view. Usually by default it would use a date field with most recent at the top?
