SOP Blank Options Picking Ticket Form - How to print it?

Hi, can anyone tell me how to print this form - SOP Blank Options Picking Ticket Form? I am always getting Order Entered form when printing piking ticket from the window. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

In the Sales Document Print Options window make sure to mark "Include Tax Details"

bringing this old question back. Suggested solution is to include tax details. I still get the order entered report when i check that box. What combination of check boxes do i need to get the SOP Blank Options Picking Ticket Form?
