I wonder if it is a permissions issue or micorsoft default.
For project invoices, once the draft invoice is posted in the system is it possible to see what was done in the format invoice proposal by the user since the option is grey out?
Can you explain what you mean by posting a draft invoice? Or are you referring to posting a project invoice proposal as a posted project invoice?
