Is there a way to refresh the licenses? The report shows 1490 Enterprise licenses but it should be only round about 500.
When I try to investigate I can see that the system counts enterprise licese as well for users having only "Systeuser" Role assigned. This is wrong as I know.
Any suggestions or help?
What AX 2012 version do you have? There's a hotfix KB2928112 called "SystemUser role is counted as Enterprise-user". It's released in January 2014. You can find it in Lifecycle Services.
Description of the hotfix: "The changes in the hotfix include chaning the ViewUserLicense property of the SRSPrintDestinationTokens display menu item from enterprise to server."
We run R3
As we use R3 cu10 this problem. Should be fixed. What I found out is that the report shows user roles for that user that are not assigned. I am not sure where this comes from. Is it possible to clean the sysuserlicense.... Tables in general and regenerate them?
