New fixed compensation action after transfering worker to a new position

Posted on by 55

Hello,

I need to record a salary rise for an employee who was transferred to a new position some time ago. When I go to new compensation action, I see this:

Talent won't let me choose the other position, unless I click the "NEW" button in the fixed compensation screen, but the only action available there is Hire:

I would appreciate any ideas.

Best wishes,

Magda

    Hi Magda,

If you click on the Action dropdown,  Filter the Type value then You should see other values.

Looks like the filter is set up with Type = Hire/Rehire.
