Physical Negative Inventory along with WMS Process

Hello All,

I enabled 'Physical Negative Inventory' in Item model group and in location directive/

Tried to release production order and sales order but WORK is NOT created.

Some penny Items are stored in a location managed by our vendor so we don't own that Inventory.

Those penny Items are used in BOM and in sales order too.

Looking for a way to consume those penny Items in production order and Sales order.

Hope there is a way to do it.

I did the same setup as per the link which you have provided but creating WORK.

Created a ticket with MS, hoping to get some answer from them.

I will update in the forum once it get resolved.

I did review, and have to add configurations like you have and it's going to take me lot of time. One quick check is if you can see @ Pick location directive, modify the query and set it directly to negative location. You seems to add that @ Put location.. use in pick instead. Also what message is getting recorded while releasing to warehouse.

If you can, can you follow the link that i sent above, from beginning to end and see if you get success.

Thank you Satish for your response.

I followed and did setup as per the link you shared but still WORK is NOT created for production pick and sales pick.

I did created 'counting journal' to create a record in InvetTrans as he mentioned about the bug, work created created once and the counting got consumed but didn't happen again.

Any other setup missing? please advice.
