Benefit management - Custom eligibility rules not visible

Hi, I enabled Benefit Managements functionality (plus Benefit Management Workspace and Employee Benefit Statements). I am trying to create Eligibility Rule for Years of Service range using Custom Field Eligibility on Additional Criteria tab, Eligibility Rule form. 

My problem is that Custom field eligibility option is not visible.

Can someone help me with this?

    You need to enable the feature: Enable Eligibility rules using Custom fields in Benefits Management
