Why Don't Labor Rate Prices On Customer Card Not Carry To Service Lines?

Good morning,

So we are running into an issue where setting a service labor rate on the customer card within Service Resource Pricing is not carrying over to service line labor rate.  The service line labor rate for the same customer is reverting back to the default labor rate that was set and not the discounted rate, which was set up within the customer.  Is there another way to do this? Or what would be the best way to proceed?

Any help would be great!
