Email not send after install hotfix 17.4

Any one can help me to get rid from below issue I am unable to send email and getting below issue after install hotfix 17.4.

I have checked DLL but it's already unblock.

    Hi Waqar,

    This can be because of the below reasons, I can think of -

    -Check if the  CONFIG file is on the server.

    - The DLL is placed in the correct Addin folder (Client/server).

    This is Microsoft own dll I did not add any dll.

    Hi, I checked for hotfixes for versions after 17.4, there is no record of this issue. I suspect it's a server or BC installation problem.

    And the similar problem have happened in SaaS, if you can't solve it by reinstalling BC, it is recommended to submit a Service Request to Microsoft.
