Dear Community,

My team member has the Dynamics license, however, they can't access the system through office 365. Could you please show me how to log into Dynamics through the office 365 main page?

They are missing the app like what I have below:

Please check the following point:

1. Make sure you add the users in your environment:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/add-users-to-environment

2. Assign your user the corresponding security role.
