When we run the Trial Balance Detail/Summary Report (native, unmodified) in NAV 2009 RTC for the period 01/01/13..12/31/13 and click Preview, it runs through the calculations and looks like it is generating but in the end, it displays an error "An error occurred during local report processing. An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more detail"
In the Event log, it says Event 7036 Service Control Manager - The Windows Error Reporting Service service entered the stopped state.
When the same Trial Balance Detail/Summary report is run for a shorter time period say, 01/01/13..01/31/13, it renders the preview correctly. So looks like there is a problem with rendering the Preview of large volume of data in RTC. The report runs and previews correctly through the Classic client. Has anyone seen this issue?
