One of our customers is consistently getting the error message:
"When you create a PostScript file you must rely on system fonts and use document fonts. Please go to printer properties, 'Adobe PDF Settings' page and turn OFF the option 'Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts."
We have done this and the error comes back. Or we apply the fix and another error appears. We are not really sure what to do at this point. Does anyone have any ideas?
