Hi Shabir,
Can you try to do a full x++ compilation and when this has no errors also create a new CIL build?
As Andre suggested, i think Full compilation is required. And after compilation you have to run CIL. If still is not activated then try to delete XppIL folder and do Full compilation and generate CIL.

I resolve the issue i took backup and delete and again restore it was a little resky but as i restored it and refresh the AOS services anything was good and ok.

Thanks for your suggestion, i have no rights here to do the same. on my user ID yes option is not working . There is no Yes option.But 3 days my live server was not working and all the company work was stop as i took backups of ax model baseline all then restore it just refresh (AOS Application Object services)that work out my issue.Before of this i alredy done anythihg full application compilation FUll CIL .In full compilation application i got some error i removed that in Full CIL i recieve some errors but i didn't care of that and did as i mentioned that works for me.
