We need to define the data model (table) before visualization (forms).

You said you wanted a new custom data source, which probably means that you want a new table. You said it would have item, site and warehouse fields (not other inventory dimensions such as color or batch). You also mentioned that you'll be be able to select items, sites and warehouses from other companies based on a company selection. My understanding is that you need a table with Save Data Per Company = No and you'll add a fourth field to identify the company. Do you agree?

What is your version of AX?

I have already created the table and add the field.

All right, so you have a table. Now please react to the rest of my previous reply.

NO,I need the table which properties is save data per company = YES. I have the field company and need to filter all those other fields based on the company lookup.

But you need to identify the other company. Does it mean that your table contains the standard DataAreaId field, identifying where it's stored, and and additional custom field identifying the company that the data is actually about?

It would help a lot if you described your table and I didn't have to interrogate you. If you make it hard for us to help you, you'll get a solution later or not at all.
