how to choose a form from a list

I have multiple forms built in my entity and I want the user to choose the form that best fits their requirement. How do I set this up. Ive seen it in the case system where there is a drop down that lists the forms when I create a new case.

You can create custom main forms as following user's requirement, then you'll see a drop down that lists the forms.

Hi,

You would need to create Custom Main Form from scratch or you can make a copy of existing form.

Once you are done with your form design, you will need to assign required security role to the form.
