I know that we can check the history of the flows from the Flow History. Will it be possible to get the logs the other way around? Can we get a list/logs of the FLOWS that has run against a specific record?

If you mentioned Flows, assuming they are Power Automate ones, I think that the only way to do it will be reviewing all the runs for a flow but currently checking that information in an automated way it's not yet implemented as far as I know.
If you need to record which Power Automate flow ran against a particular record, would be good to understand once you update the record if you can add a field that will record the flow that ran against it (I mean, updating the field record with the name of the flow for example).
Also, if you consider pertinent and the ask is oriented to Power Automate, you can ask the question in the Power Automate community too: powerusers.microsoft.com/.../MPAForum

I also miss this feature soo much - like in the old days where you could see which workflows ran against a Dynamics 365 Sales record.
Did you ever come up with a solution?
