Hello,
Is there a way to track the use and consumption of the RSO add on licenses?
Hi Partner,
Microsoft has provided a preview feature that allows you to view the consumption of license:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/view-license-consumption-issues
You can use the Licenses (Billings > Licenses) page to see how different licenses are consumed and if there are environments that might require licensing attention.
If a bookable resource is enabled for optimization, they require a license. I have a view that shows me those users so I can compare the count with the purchased licenses. I'm not aware of any other way.
