I have a scenario where i should get balance sheet and P&L per department. let us suppose I have 5 departments where I should get BS and PL per department wise so should I create each row definition per department i.e. while creating row definition I will give the combination of ledger account and department with the dimension focus as the combination of ledger account and department..

so should I create multiple row definition per department wise or there is any alternative to handle this scenario

Thanks in advance

    Hi Burim,

You can use the primary and secondary dimension set within the financial statements.

you can also use a dimension set with only the main account and filter on the department when running the report.
