How to show all the survey questions and the answers provided in the survey, in the post survey message.

For example, there are 3 questions in the survey

1. Name: Text

2. Gender: Choice (Male/Female/Other)

3. Email: email

Post survey message should show

Survey details provided

1. Name: Santosh

2. Gender: Male

3. Email: san@msn.com

Hi Ramprakash,

Thanks for the response. But the requirement is to display the Survey questions and corresponding answers on the Post Survey message screen

You can try using Microsoft flow

Triggering point :

When survey response received

You can get the values from the response and can send an email or based on your needs
