Hello

I managed to change the default font and size by configuring the web resource (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/customer-service-hub-user-guide-email-font-admin#enable-the-rte-control-in-the-email-form) to Calibri 11pt.

It seems to work when I create an email or reply to an existing email.

But I noticed that the part "------ Original Message ------ " when replying to an email is formatted with Tahoma 10pt:

Is there a way to change this?

Hi RaphiB,

If you create a new email and reply after setting the default font and size, the origin message font size is Calibri 11pt.

If you create the email before setting the default font and size, and reply to the email after setting it, then the font and size of the origin message are the font and size before the setting.

Thank you for your answer.

Somehow it does not work for me.

I tried to reproduce it like this:

1. Send an email from my private email account to the queue

2. Go to Dynamics 365 activity and click on "reply" --> the text is still Tahoma 10pt

The text is in Calibri 11pt.

Did I miss something?

Hello again

Thank you! Your code seems to work for the font, but now the inline images etc. do not work anymore correctly.

I used the default web resource (copy + paste of the js code), so it was pretty default.

I will compare both web resources, maybe I will find the difference.

I am sorry, but your solution did not help me. It seems that the editor somehow changes the font, but when I send the email to a contact, the email still sends the "original message" part as Tahoma 11.

Any other idea?

The problem is still there. Have you tried to see the email in Outlook?

In my outlook, it looks bad:

That is repeated for every followup email.

Hi, thank you for your feedback.

This is what I set up, but the main problem is not the font size and family of the description, the problem appears only for the "original message" part when replying to an email.
