Process Automate collection letter not generating an email to customer

Hi All,
 
This is in our TST-02 enviornment using 10.0.39 - We have done all the steps to the in collections process setup (to create collection letters) - When running the process automate option, the collection letters are being generated but not being sent out to customers via email. Please note we can manually generate the collection letters and also send them out via print management. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi,
     
    What do you see the print status for generated letter ? is it printed yes or no?
     
    If nothing works , can you try running batch job for printing letter with print management  and posted, print yes or no criteria etc.. to send those generated letters

    When I check the print status it says no unfortunately. 
     
     
     
    Another thing I have realised is that the "Process automation polling system job" is stuck in a loop of Waiting/Executing.

    Hi,
     
    If you are using ER for collection letter report, you can try with setting up ER destinations and mapping that to Print Management.
