Hi folks,
I would really appreciate any suggestions.
I have a situation where a Contact creates a Case on the customer portal. I'd like to create a workflow or flow to set the Contact's related Account as the Customer. In short I want to swop the contact with its account as the customer on the Case. I hope that I am making sense.
I am hoping to do this using out of the box functionality.

You can use a workflow (I know Flow is also an option), on create of Case, if customer contains data.
- Then add another filter if related customer - here youll have an option for customer(account) or customer(contact), pick contact. Do if contact contains data, then update Case - set Customer to related Contacts Parent Company.
