Hello,

I am deleting bookings in out Staging environment because I am testing out various scopes for and goals with RSO. I am deleting from my booking view. While it is processing, it comes up with a SQL error and if I am doing a large amount, it only does partial, sometimes not even half. this seems to be a new issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Screen shot of the error message below.

Thank you for your help. I was actually using the delete feature on the view I was using. I never noticed that there was a bulk delete option in the advanced settings. So, while I don't think this solved my problem in the traditional sense you did teach me something new which I find just as if not more helpful!!

    Hi Michelle Wishart,

Please correct me if I am wrong.

You are deleting records using the 'Bulk Record Deletion' feature and experiencing an SQL Server error.

    Hi Michelle Wishart,

This is a bulk delete error, only a few will be successfully deleted, and a few will fail.

This is because the number of records in the table was large, and they timed out during that time.

So you need to created multiple bulk deletion with each different selection criteria to have a smaller number of records & monitored it for a while.
