Aha, so you don't realize that "its working fine" because it automatically uses Windows authentication and therefore you logged into AX using your Windows account. If there wasn't any authentication, you wouldn't be authorized to log into AX. If you want to get the same result when using IIS, it means that you want to use Windows authentication there as well. Realizing what you're actually trying to achieve is an important step.

Regarding resolution, make sure that you followed the documentation correctly, including configuring BC account and passing all validations. You may want to start again with a new installation. You can also check whether your IIS instance is configured to support Windows authentication.

This says that you're not authorized to use the service, because you're not providing any authentication details.

Can you give us more information, please? At least, what protocol are you using (TCP/HTTP)? Can you open the WSDL in browser? If not, what error code do you get?
