We tried to install the outlook add-in on workstations with Windows XP and MS Office 2003 and this works OK, We however do have one notebook with Windows Vista Business and MS Office 2003 and when we try to install the outlook add-in, no toolbar appears in outlook. Also when in outlook we sellect View, Toolbars, it does not appear. Outlook already operates with 3 plug-ins (e.g. Snag-it, Flogs and Acrobat pdf maker).
Anyone any idea how to solve this one and get the Dynamics toolbar visable in outlook?
