Crowe Grid Lookup Filter Not Working

I need to provide a filter on an existing lookup column we have on a Crowe Grid.

When I click ‘Default View’ or ‘Filter’ buttons as seen below - no windows appear (and no JS error messages can be seen in the console)

Does anyone know how I could fix? Thanks
