i have a problem, I want Create Project but in my LCS Project not have Menu Implementation and in production version not have D365 for Tallent, it menu disbaled link picture in bellow
any have idea/solustion??

Do you have the Talent and the PowerApps P2 license assigned? I recommend you read this if you haven't; docs.microsoft.com/.../provisioning-talent

yes i have, but i create talent in office365 not lcs
And you have the license yourself? and the PowerApps P2 license? And you are global admin in O365? If you have the license, and it's assigned to you and you are global admin, but you still can't see it in LCS, i recommend that you start case at Microsoft support.
You first need to get the license in O365 and then start in LCS.
