I just want to disable/hide the Return Transaction Button from Show Journal. urgent help is required on this.

I am not sure if it can be done in any standard way.
As a work around you can hide it by adding a new button on the appbar and using the initialise of the appbar button to identify and hide the button using typescript.
you can set manager privillages in return transaction button so on every time they asked your manager user and password.
secondly you can go through for customization by validation of shift.
