The same question, the same answer :)

This is very simply manufacturing model and you don't need 'Machine Centers'. Working with 'Work Centers' will be enough.

You need to create 'Work Centers': Batch Plan 1, Batch Plan 2, Batch Plant 3...

All of them need to have the same 'Work Center Group Code', because this is the same type of manufacturing.

Because, this is the manufacturing of very same items on each WC, I advise you can configure 'Unit Cost Calculation' as 'Units'. This will make easy posting and you keep accurate cost calculation.

In 'Direct Unit Cost' fields, you need to fill (after calculating) all cost (except material costs) per 'Unit Cost'.

Other fields you can set by standard.

You need to set independent 'Locations' for each WC. One for material and one for goods. In these material locations you will receive materials (sand, gravel, cement, but why water?) from your vendors, and in goods location you will put goods output before shiping to customers.

I think this will be enough for start.
