Possibility to filter out the green field

After entering "Goods" (Towary) and then selecting the "Sale price" (Cena sprzedaży) option, the User does not want to convert the prices from the "Group" (Grupa) field, but only from the "All" (Wszystkie) account code. Is it possible to filter in such a way that it only takes the "All" (Wszystkie) field? Without "Group" (Grupa) or "Price" (Cena) ?
