I need to Integrate Outlook With Nav 2017 for automatic incident Creating purpose in PMS. So my Question is Can we integrate it without Office 365?

The Outlook addin can be used to synchronize data, such as to-dos, contacts, and tasks, between Dynamics NAV and Outlook and it uses NAV web services. You don't need O365.
