There are some resources regarding the migration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises to Online.

I have listed the links in the other thread.

    Hi Sheena,

You could also refer the FastTrack program by Microsoft that provides assistance in Dynamics On premise to Online migration. You can reach out to your partner or your associated Microsoft Sales/Account representative to submit a nomination on your behalf for the FastTrack program.

More details on the FastTrack program: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/get-started/fasttrack/customer-engagement/microsoft-fasttrack-dynamics-365

Depending on the nature of the integration, it can be as easy as just re-pointing to the new environment or it can be as hard as re-deploying the customisations and migrating the data. If it is an ISV solution, you may want to check it with your ISV vendor.

If it is your own custom integration, you might have to check with the FastTrack engineer to see what are the possibilities.
