Cannot install Dynamics 365 Customer Service Community

Hello everyone,

We are trying to install Dynamics 365 Customer Service Community Preview from PowerPlatform but we keep receiving the same error : "Cannot install this application because its packages are not compatible with this environnement"...

We have created another environnement, choosing SandBox and accepting the preview packages to be installed but this error keeps coming and it blocks the installation ! We know that we are trying to install a preview application but we need to test it and see if it fits our need.

We also have contacted Microsoft support and they asked us to publish our demand here, they have the same problem apparantly. Our region is Europe (France).

Does anyone have a solution for this problem, please ? If yes, can you share it please ?
