Test mode popup is not appearing when posting packing slip through X++ code

Hi All,

I am posting the sales order packing slip through X++ code and I want the test mode form to pop up as it happens in case of normal packing slip posting, but it is not happening. I don't know what is the issue here. Can anyone please let me know how to do this. Quick response will be highly appreciated.

    Which version of AX are you doing this in? In the email you sent me, you provided a code snippet. Can you perhaps post that here as well, including the initialization of the salesFormLetter variable you had?

    Hi Joris,

    I called the method SalesFormLetter.runShipCarrier after the call to update method and it is showing the test mode pop up form correctly and updating the shipping charges entered on the form. Actually in the update method there is a variable skipRunShipCarrier which is set to true in standard code which is preventing test mode form to appear. That is the reason I need to call the method explicitly to pop up the test mode form.
