Hi Experts,
Resource Scheduling searches the suitable Resources taking the Requirements as the basis for the search. So, it finds the candidates for the jobs. I want to reverse the search: I will select a Resource first and the Requirement. View Panel will list the suitable Requirements on the Requirements Panel of the Schedule Board. Then, the User will manually book the Resource for the Job.
Does anybody have any idea how we can do this?

Unfortunately, there is no OOB way to achieve this. You could only through Requirements to find suitable resource by now. You could post an idea here to progress this feature:

The scheduling is driven by the work/requirements and not the resources.
If you don't have many resources and the scheduling is done manually. You can create another tab for each resource, and filter the resource in the search and the requirement list at the bottom.
