Hi,
I have been able to create custom PowerApps to extend the features of D365 HR, the issue I'm having is whenever I embed the application, it will show on my tab, on my profile, but will not show to everyone else.
I need guidance to know if that's a norm for HR or if there are other settings I'm not aware of. I noticed the same thing happens too whenever I add custom fields, it keeps that only on my workspace.
Any suggestion will be appreciated

You can also ask system administrator to share this view with individual user or all users depending on your requirement.

I followed your steps in the link and it solved a part of the problem; The views work across the board when I access other employee information.
My actual problem is "if we have three HR officers", if one of them personalizes the forms and made modification by embedding PowerApps, the form modification and PowerApps is not visible to the other HR once they log in. Only those who personalize/edit views get to see them. I am asking if it's possible for a system admin to edit a view and it will be available to others users to use in their own environment.
