After customizations in Business Central,
Email option under Posted Sales Invoice in our Production environment gives us this:
Strangely, in our sandbox environment, the same email option under Posted Sales Invoice gives me this:
The interface is different to me. When we asked the vendor who customized BC for us, they could not figure our the reason. They advise us to contact Microsoft directly.
Questions:
1. How do I contact Microsoft directly about this?
2. From what I found, it seemed that in the Production environment, the interface is for "Create new email". I could get to the same interface when I "Compose new Email". And the interface from the Sandbox environment is for "Edit email". And there is less flexibility on the interface.
3. More importantly, somehow, in the Production environment, when closing the interface, it takes a few more clicks to close. That is tedious and troublesome.
