Handling Credit Cards in Great Plains

I am able to setup credit cards in Great Plains through

 Tools-->Setup-->Company-->Credit Cards and then I enter the information and also mark the option Used by Company and choose the Vendor ID.

 Hoew does it work from there, once you have all the information defined.

If anyone implemented this than that would be great, I appreciate it

    Not completely sure what your question is but it sounds like you might not have a merchant processing account.  If that is the case, I can help you with those questions.  We offer a plug-in that allows you to run your credit transactions directly from GP through our gateway and processing services.

    BluePay offers a P/I that allows credit card and ACH payments to be made natively through a GUI.  Transaction is processed and recorded in one step.  BluePay is an all-in-one solution that offers the plug-in, payment gateway, merchant account, and ACH processing services (we're the tech company and the bank).  The merchant only needs one vendor and one account for all of these functions.
